Acceptable documents may include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), Pakistani passport or other government-issued identity document. Users must submit only genuine, unaltered documents. Falsification of identity documents is illegal and will be reported to relevant authorities. Documents should be submitted only through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification process.

6.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting us at the email address listed in Section 17. We reserve the right to close, suspend or restrict any account without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred or is occurring.

By using the Platform, you agree to the following obligations at all times:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, republish, distribute, sell or sublicense any Platform Content without express written permission;
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from any Platform Content;
• Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices on the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any use of Platform Content outside the scope of this licence requires our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of Platform Content may constitute an infringement of our Intellectual Property rights and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

• Losses arising from reliance on any Content that was inaccurate, outdated or incomplete at the time of access;
• Losses caused by any unauthorized access to your account where you failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount, if any, paid by the User to mgpk in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim; or (b) PKR 1,000.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

mgpk reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where we consider an amendment to be significant, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice, which may include a notice posted on the Platform homepage or, where applicable, notification to registered Users.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform and, where applicable, close your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which mgpk is registered and operated. Nothing in this clause affects the mandatory consumer protection rights that may be available to Users under Applicable Law in their own jurisdiction.
